Clenching and Bruxism are ways of grinding teeth down and can cause jaw problems, headache, bite problems, stressed muscles. It happens unknowingly during the sleep which makes it difficult for a person to prevent it and that’s why night guard is needed. Stress is a common reason for teeth grinding.
